Site Acquisition Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential site locations based on project requirements.
• Negotiate lease agreements with landowners and landlords.
• Coordinate with legal and engineering teams to ensure site suitability.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for site approval.
• Manage relationships with landlords, property owners, and local authorities.
• Perform due diligence checks on potential sites, including zoning laws, environmental factors, and other relevant regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of all acquisition activities, including contracts, communications, and regulatory documents.
• Provide updates and reports to management on acquisition progress and challenges.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Solid experience in site acquisition, real estate, or a related field.
• Background in supermarket or food retail expansion is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Knowledge of zoning laws, environmental regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.
• Willing and able to work at any site in Cebu/Visayas region.
• Licensed to drive a vehicle.
