The Project Manager shall be responsible for the overall management of the assigned project/s ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within specifications and within budget.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within specification and within budget
Preparation and submission of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) to the Area Operations Manager.
Manage and execute the PEP (including milestone, budgets, and measures of success); Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Approved PEP change management (including evaluation, analysis, recommendation, execution/implementation, and documentation)
Periodic reporting of physical and financial accomplishments to management
Periodic project status report (including weather forecast, project challenges, etc.) to management
Project Implementation document management
Relationship management with the community affected by the project
Management of subcontractors, third-party providers/vendors, and related entities.
Proactively improves project management processes and methodology (related to the periodic process improvements and documentation)
Communicate and relay the business objectives of the company to the team to improve work efficiencies vis-à-vis the needed support of the employees
Job Requirements:
Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
At least has a 8 years and work experienced in a Managerial position is required for the position.
Experience in Project Management is required
Experienced in ports and harbor (reclamation works, construction wharfs, and pile driving works) is an advantage.
