The incumbent assists the Operations Manager in overseeing, monitoring and supervising the Operations Department to meet required business needs and performance measurements.
Job Description:
Responsible for directing, controlling and managing Supervisors, Team Leaders and Collectors.
Manages the daily operations of the Head Office and/or Frankfort branch office, setting workflow priorities. Tracks daily performance of all banks through real time or remote monitoring.
Liases with bank representatives to attend to all of their needs/demands to foster goodwill and strengthen relationship
Supervises hiring of effective teams composed of qualified and suitable personnel to maximize productivity and income.
Checks performance evaluation conducted by Supervisors to their subordinates.
Ensures that all team members contribute to individual & group target.
Creates applicable Operations policies and procedures.
Oversees handling of customer complaints and problems
Ensures efficient usage of company assets (call recording system, computers, phones, headsets, lockers & etc)
Improves collection efficiency and introduce new collection method
Ensures smooth flow of operations for maximum business impact
Assists Top Management in the acquisition of new clients
Prepares and submits Management Reports as maybe required from time to time
Implements disciplinary action endorsed by HR department to erring team members
Budget preparation for her department
Performs other tasks assigned by Top Management
Job Requirements:
College Graduate
Three (3) to four (4) years experience in the same or similar capacity
