Manage the President’s calendar, schedule, and travel arrangements
Coordinate and attend meetings on behalf of the President, taking detailed notes and following up on action items
Draft and proofread a variety of correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations for the President
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on the President’s behalf
Provide general administrative support, including expense management, file organization, and other ad-hoc tasks
Contribute to special projects and initiatives as required
Serve as a key liaison with Local Government Units (LGUs), ensuring clear and professional communication
Apply working knowledge of real estate and construction industry terminologies and processes to support executive-level operations and decisions
Analyze data using Excel and prepare comprehensive, accurate reports and dashboards as needed
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role
Must be knowledgeable in real estate and construction terminologies, workflows, and industry standards
Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally with LGUs and external stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong memo and document drafting ability
At least a graduate of Civil Engineering or a related course
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Proficient in Canva, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite
Advanced skills in computer applications, particularly in Microsoft Excel (data analytics, pivot tables, charts, etc.), with the ability to prepare clear, data-driven reports
High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset
