Accounts Payable Associate

Job Description:

Responsible for processing all payables and payment requests accurately and on time, following the company’s set turnaround time (TAT). Tasks include receiving, checking, verifying, and recording transactions in the SAP system. Prepares payment disbursement vouchers (PDVs) for submission to Treasury for check issuance or online payment
processing.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Proficient in accounting software (SAP experience is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Willing to work on-site and report to the assigned office location.
