Meet the experts
Eric gained a considerable strategic management and leadership experience within the retail industry for over 30 years, in an international scale. Armed with his insight in people management and a diverse cultural experience, he further expanded his portfolio of expertise by working with Euroasia Philippines, Inc. (EPI) an established manpower agency in the Philippines. His work with EPI mainly focused in providing HR Structure and developing HR policies and procedures for clients in Madagascar. It was during this time that he saw the increasing demand for a competent and efficient management team and the need to improve current recruitment practices being employed in the market. Back in the Philippines, the economy continues to grow and the need for a competitive labor force is ever increasing, paving way for Euroasia Executive Search to be born.
Aligned with Eric’s vision of helping companies grow by adapting best practices and strengthening the management team, EESI is fully committed to find skilled candidates who will meet the strategic requirements of our clients.
Queen has a decade of consulting career working with SME’s and multinational companies from different industries, both locally and
internationally. Her experience wearing multiple hats throughout her career, while working closely with
thought leaders and business executives, supports her in leading the talent acquisition team as well as in
providing Account Management. She is also the Recruitment Lead for IT, armed with her considerable
experience in the IT industry.
What inspires her the most to excel in her field is meeting thought leaders, strategists, and visionaries.

Outside of work she enjoys attending art exhibits, practices archery, and hones her skills as a wine
Shortly after EESI launched, Nathalie joined the company to manage its day-to-day operations. Her previous work experiences in project management, marketing, and administration provided her the ideal training in managing office operations and key accounts. With her adaptability and ability to leverage others’ talents, her role has seamlessly expanded to include end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles. She continues to grow in the recruitment field, looking for great talents to match with clients in the retail, manufacturing, and construction industries.
