Execute and anticipate directives from the President, General Manager, and the Board
Develop, implement, oversee, and review strategies that govern the day-to-day and long-term operational and administrative activities of the corporation to maximize efficiency
Contact point between the executive management and the various departments within the company, as well as clients, property associations, external contractors/service providers/vendors, as necessary
Negotiate contracts, oversee the performance of contractors/service providers, review product/service quality of operations and vendors, and collaborate in projects to reduce cost and increase efficiency in operations
Assist in the retail business of a related company involving research & development, marketing, and operations
Ensure compliance with government regulations and monitor deadlines
Prepare, administer, and review corporate documents
Oversee, organize, maintain, and monitor file management systems
Safeguard corporate information and practices, maintaining confidentiality and data security
Review staff performance and provide guidance when needed
Conduct staff meetings, when necessary, to communicate policies and procedures, share best practices, promote teamwork within the organization, and ensure that departmental goals align with organizational goals
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Communication
Relevant experience in key duties and responsibilities
