Planning and Execution of Strategic eCommerce Plan
Crafts the annual strategic eCommerce plan and presents this to senior management for approval. This plan outlines resources needed, team assignments, channel strategies, sales targets (annual and monthly), sources of growth and more.
Conduct Joint Business Planning with platforms and partners.
Leads the effective implementation of the strategic plan and achievement of targets.
Translates annual plans and targets into quarterly, monthly and even weekly goals.
Conduct a weekly sales progress meeting with your team and a monthly business review with top management and other members of the management committee.
2. Lead in designing a world-class, engaging, convincing and trust-building online customer experience which includes leading initiatives in content creation, product/brand launching, campaign participation, live commerce, chat, using the latest and most effective platform tools and more.
Monitoring and achievement of quantitative and qualitative KPI’s which includes but not limited to sales target achievement, eCommerce analytics, inventory analysis, and more.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team-members and, whenever necessary. other colleagues in the company.
Negotiate win-win monitoring of account receivables
Ensure efficient on-time monitoring of account receivables
Build trust with key decision makers of platforms and partners
Provide market feedback regarding competitors, consumer behavior, or other concerns to the marketing, supply chain, top management and to the category management team.
A. Provide recommendations on competitive pricing of certain products every time it is necessary.
Submit demand forecast for all products within a 20% margin of error to the demand planning and merchandising team
Collaborate and pursue synergies with their departments in the company to achieve common business objectives. Brainstorms with the marketing team regarding effective promotional campaigns that will help increase sales.

Job Requirements:
College degree
At least 3 years experience in eCommerce
Proven experience as an eCommerce professional
Proven track record of achieving sales target
Thorough understanding of our brands, products and our target market
Well-organized and detail oriented
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Ability to make sales presentation deck
Solid computer skills, including MS office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google, Adwords, etc.)
Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
