He ensures the lowest possible costs and highest productivity in every part of the operation and procedures he is responsible for.
He works in cooperation with all other departments in order to let the Company achieve better results and success.
In case of absence, the Sales Manager’s Assistant takes over. In case of a longer absence, the General Manager decides on a deputy.
In order to stay ahead of competition it is required to apply the principle of economy to the maximum extent.
