Job Description:
Responsible for planning, monitoring, and evaluating activities of the sales group to meet group monthly and annual sales target.
Sets short-term and long-term objectives and establishes sales and activity targets for the group.
Coordinates with and provides information to the General Manager on market movements, competitor activities, sales, and product development.
Formulates group marketing strategies and implements them to improve market reach and penetration.
Monitors individual prospective activities and sales calls, progress of each account, actual sales performance, and work attitude, including after-sales service activities of CSOs within the group.
Conducts sales rallies thrice a week and shares relevant information to members of the group.
Handles customer complaints and addresses concerns to proper department.
Coordinates with Retail Administration regarding schedules and status of deliveries.
Supervises saturation drives and road shows quarterbacked by the dealers.
Submits dealers’ sales report and sales projection to the General Manager.
Responsible for the supervision, training, motivation, and evaluation of individual performance of Customer Service Officers (CSOs) within the group.
Looks after the welfare of the CSOs in the group.
Handles conflict within the group.
Establishes and imposes performance standards to group members.
Updates CSOs on new policies and procedures and sees to their implementation.
Enforces discipline among CSOs and ensures compliance to all policies and procedures.
Assists CSOs in recovering, obtaining and closing a sale.
Provides necessary guidance and assistance for all dealers through the sales process, including insurance and financing requirements.
Responsible for protecting company interest in government as well as in other sales transactions.
Creates a good image of the company and maintains cordial relations with all support departments and community.
Represents the company and the dealership in various business and civic organizations, sales or project meetings as appointed by and in the absence of General Manager.
Exercises expected loyalty to the brand and to the company as an officer / representative.
Responsible for meeting dealership quota.
Undertakes and commits to a self-development program to improve attitudes, work habits, skill and knowledge of the business to further career.
