Bookkeeper

Job description:

• At least 2 years of experience in Bookkeeping.
• Excellent knowledge in general accounting.
• Recording and maintaining financial transactions in the Odoo Accounting System.
• Updating a general ledger and preparing trial balances.
• Preparation of monthly bank recon and monthly FS.
• Updating and verifying accounting records for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintaining the books and helps in the audit and tax preparations.
• Knowledge in any accounting software is preferred.

Job qualifications:

• BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• Proven bookkeeping experience
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
